I would still give him a trial, although a fast one, in front of a military tribunal. There is plenty of evidence to convict this creature. The media would be represented by print journalists (In order to avoid the "soapbox effect" that TV would afford.) After he is found guilty, (within one week while he gets to watch the gallows being built) he gets to dance on the end of a rope, in front of plenty of cameras and witnesses.
