The CDC (Center for Disease Control) has found that Hispanic women have the highest unmarried birthrate with more than three times that of whites and Asians, and almost 1 1/2 times that of black women.
The birthrate among Hispanics overall is twice that of the national average.
45% of all births to Hispanics in this country occur outside of a marriage, Senior fellow of the Manhattan Institute Heather MacDonald has found. This is nearly twice as high as the 24% rate of unwed births in the white community.
More than half of all Hispanic women get pregnant at least once by the time they're twenty. The national average is 35%.
These unwed mothers are relying more on welfare services, which have no stigma in the Hispanic community, to make up for the lack of spouse. From 1996 to 2002 Hispanic participants in the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) free food program soared 25%, while it declined 12% for blacks and 6.5% for whites.

Having a child out of wedlock, even for a teenager, is no longer a taboo in the Hispanic community, according to MacDonald, who writes in the Dallas Morning News: "The most powerful Hispanic family value – the tight-knit extended family – facilitates unwed child rearing. Relatives often step in to make up for the absence of the baby’s

Illegal immigrants can get welfare for their U.S.-born children, and it has become "culturally O.K.” for Hispanics to take advantage of the welfare system, according to Amy Braun, who works for an Orange County, Calif., home for young single mothers who are in crisis.
These are the "family values" that pro illegal aliens rights groups keep touting to us when they refer to the great "Hispanic culture". Is this what we really want our nation to become by allowing this to continue?
