Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't waste any time racing to the rescue of illegal aliens after the recent cold weather destroyed crops in California. Those illegal aliens are out of work and rather than just allowing them to self deport back to their country of origin, he has chosen to open centers throughout the state to support them with a bunch of handouts.
Just another raiding of the taxpayers wallet to give it to illegal aliens.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's office Tuesday announced the opening of the center in North County, along with the opening of similar facilities in 18 other communities included in his recent state of emergency declaration for counties hardest hit by crop damage caused by freezing temperatures.
The centers provide job and unemployment assistance, support with food programs, and information on health care and other services, according to the governor's office
I have no problem helping out legal workers of this country, but I can guarantee you they're not checking immigration status and that a ton of illegal aliens are going to once again be taking advantage of the "generosity" of California taxpayers.
I believe some fast food restaurants offer salad and other healthy food. It's up to each person to watch out for their own self interests.
If we go down the socialist health care road we will soon be able to buy on the black market ice cream, doughnuts (what will the police eat?), cookies, beer, bread, candy bars, just plain refined sugar, cigarettes (oh, wait, cigarettes are overtaxed, they will stay legal). Taxes will be reduced and "crime" will skyrocket.
