Kelly L. Smith of Fairborn, Ohio pleaded guilty to 5 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor for performing sex acts on two 15-year-olds and a 13-year-old. The incidents took place at Smith's home over a 4 month period ending in January. Two other boys said they witnessed the acts. By pleading guilty the boys won't have to testify, but Smith faces up to 25 years at her sentencing on July 14.

In exchange for her plea, prosecutors agreed to drop two counts of importuning and a single count of corrupting another with drugs, said Suzanne M. Schmidt, Greene County First Assistant Prosecutor.
Smith faced an additional count of the corruption charge, according to county records. It was not immediately clear if that charge was dismissed.
No agreement was made pertaining to sentencing.
The boys "are victims of sex abuse," Schmidt said. "She pleaded guilty to some very serious charges and faces a penalty of up to 25 years (in prison)."
Before the plea arraignment, Smith had faced a maximum of 43 years if she were convicted of all the charges in the indictment.

Prosecutors said two other boys told police they saw the woman perform sex on some of the teens or were around when other illegal activity took place.
The boys told police the woman preformed the sex acts and gave them rum, vodka and the prescription drug Klonopin, an anti-seizure medication, during several of their visits to the home, according to police.
