Michelle Malkin tells us about "Bush's Open-Borders Nominees".

Slashdot has a story on TIVO's fate being sealed when they didn't do a deal with Comcast and in effect created an opening for their downfall. PVRBlog and PoliBlog also have coverage and comments.

Wired covers the next big space race which is being spurred by the $50 million America's Space Prize which requires 5 people to be sent to low Earth orbit.

Slashdot also has coverage of the MERLIN rocket engine's successful test firing in conjunction with the article above. The company was founded by one of the founders of Paypal.

Vodka Pundit covers "Twixters" or grown ups who live at home with their parents. "The problem with young people these days... is old people" he says.

Dean Esmay has kid number 2 on the way today!

Kevin at Wizbang is looking at getting a hybrid car. Freakin' tree hugger. ;)

The Education Wonks have two stories of interest. The first is about the gang beating of a student on a bus last year and the lawsuit from the victims parents against the school district. The Second is on school's cutting Physical Education. Included in the P.E. report are some really shocking statistics.

RightWingSparkle has her response to Barbara Boxer if she had been Condoleezza Rice in the confirmation hearing yesterday.

Julia's Java Joint brings us a nice sweet poem that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

Now the poolboy is tired and must go...
