Roy Beck of NumbersUSA has filed assault charges against the people dressed up as Mimes and the SEIU members that shoved them around at Sunday's amnesty march by illegal aliens and their supporters.
We'll see what comes of it, but I'm guessing that as with Kenneth Gladney, who was assaulted, beaten and kicked by SEIU thugs on video in August 2009 - and the fact that this is in liberal Washington DC - nothing will come of it. It seems that if you're a far left wing extremist in this country you can push whoever the hell you want around with no consequences.
Nevertheless, this is the proper thing to do in this situation.
Update 1:04 AM Monday
Roy and Rosemary have spent the last several hours at the Park Police headquarters. They report good news that Roy's guard has been released from custody, although he is ordered to appear in court to defend himself next month. He was falsely charged with assault by one of the mimes after Park Police ordered her to stop harrassing Roy. It was difficult seeing him led away in handcuffs from the Mall after his afternoon of protecting Roy from the constant efforts at crushing physical intimidation.
While at the headquarters, Roy filed assault charges with the Park Police against all the mimes and their SEIU handlers.
I wish him luck....been there...done that....1000s of dollars later I am just 1000s of dollars in the hole as a result of a broken system while the attackers are still walking free.

You guys must have got beat up High School all the time. If a handful of lady mimes with whistles and balloons got the best of you that says it all for your movement. Watch the videos. You will see for yourself.
For the record, if we are straightening out the whole immigration issue, a good place to start would be to honor the agreements we made with the Native Americans. See we were all illegal immigrates at one time that lied and stole. So if we are sending people back, you might want to start packing a bag.
