Those who reside legally in the United States just love it when someone parks on their street and blasts their music. They also love drunk people walking around, causing fights and destroying the community atmosphere that they worked so hard to save money and buy a house in. Everyone agrees that after coming home from work on a nice day, having dinner with the windows open and enjoying the fruits of your labor it is just a joy to have it all interrupted by a thumping bass in a nearby car. It's nice dinner music after all.

While all of these scenarios are inexcusable from those who reside here legally in this country, it is even less excusable from some punk illegal alien criminal who hopped the border or their illegal alien kid who thinks you want to listen to thumping mariachi music in your neighborhood while you're trying to sleep.

That is exactly the message that is being sent and forced upon the American people though by the Obama administration and its recent decision to kill 287g enforcement. As Heather MacDonald points out in her article "Illegals: Welcome!", things like this thuggish behavior continue unpunished and "create a sense of fear and civic disengagement that breeds further crime".

Excuse my language, but what this says to the criminals is: "You don't get punished for breaking laws and being an asshole", so they take their "assholishness" to the next level.

Illegal immigration is indefensible, but when an illegal alien is picked up - even on something as simple as public disturbance charges - not having them kicked out of the country immediately is outright despicable. I don't care if you have 5 kids, if you're an illegal alien driving drunk through a town and you get caught... out the hell you go. If you're standing on a corner in a big threatening crowd waiting for work in front of a legitimate business... out the hell you go.

MacDonald points out that these are just the types of illegal aliens that racists groups like the National Council of La Raza and the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF) are defending. They trot these low level criminals out crying about how they're just a poor little illegal alien and that they only assaulted another high school student. "It's only a minor offense" they cry. Or the larger refrain "I have children here, you can't punish them by deporting me!". Wah Wah Wah.

Who are these precious assets who must be reassured of their secure place in American communities? ... They are people like Diana and Yolanda Diaz, arrested for assault and disorderly conduct during a high-school fight in Raleigh, N.C. When officials at the Wake County jail learned that the Diaz sisters were illegal, they handed the brawlers over to federal immigration authorities. The Diaz sisters are incensed that their right to live illegally in the United States has been disrupted. “It's not fair,” the 16-year-old Diana told the Times. And indeed, American high schools are far too quiet and disciplined. We need girls like the Diaz sisters to liven things up.

Other victims include people like Luis Cruz Millan, who blasted his car stereo at high decibels in the middle of the night while parked on a residential street in Raleigh, prompting a neighbor to call the police. Millan’s illegal status having thus come to the attention of the authorities, he is now facing deportation, to the undoubted consternation of his neighbors, who won’t want to lose such a pillar of respectability. Further potential victims include the tens of thousands of illegals who drive drunk, drink in public, drive without licenses, and shoplift, and who, the illegal-alien advocates tell us, must be shielded from the immigration laws.

When legal residents do it, they pay for their crimes. When illegals do it, they claim "protected status". The poor souls just didn't know what they were doing was wrong.

Well my message to them is "Illegals: Unwelcome!" Get the hell out of here, nobody wants you around. Nobody except other criminals in this country, like those that hire them, people defending them and politicians trying to make them legally able to vote so they can gain power. In all these cases of criminal actions those people should be thrown in jail next to the illegal alien they are defending. Unfortunately those people won't be deported from this great country. Illegal aliens only care about this country as their personal bank to rob and place to dump their trash, they are bilking it for all they are worth.

They don't care about becoming Americans and fitting in and enjoying a life, they want to take the money and run, all ill-gotten gains as they are not allowed to work in this country. Every dollar they make is an illegal dollar. Dirty money.

We don't need you here illegals. Really we don't.
