Presidential Candidate and Congressman Duncan Hunter is the man behind the Otay-Mesa border fence, 14 miles of border fence in San Diego between Tia Juana that has cut border crossings in the area by 90%+ and allowed the area to reduce their number of Border Patrol by 50%. He is also the man who wrote the Secure Fence Act requiring 854 miles of double layer border fence along the US-Mexico border.

Now Duncan Hunter goes on Glenn Beck to discuss why the border fence is not being completed as the Secure Fence Act law demands and how we can secure our country. Duncan Hunter says that if elected president he'll ensure that all 854 miles of double layer border fence will be built within 6 months. To date only 5 miles of actual double layered border fence has been built since the bills passage in October 2006.
