OUTRAGE! No More Invasion Member Attacked By Illegal Aliens At Home Depot - Blood Spilled [Video, Pics]

Patriot Bleeding

Patriot Blood
Well, this is an absolute outrage of the highest order! Blood has been spilled in Canoga Park, California over the illegal alien issue and surprisingly to some it's not that of an illegal aliens, but that of an American patriot! Simply outrageous and I'm furious. You can watch the video below of the aftermath of the attack, it is not for the squeamish. Yes, it is blood and no it is not a simple drip of blood.

I say "surprisingly to some" that it's not an illegal aliens blood, because those of us who have been involved and covering this issue for years know that American citizens blood is being spilled on a daily basis at the hands of illegal aliens in this country. The general estimate is as few as 12 a day in this country are killed by illegal aliens, some say the number is as high as 25 on average!

You would not know that though if you believe people like George Bush who call these patriots calling for our laws to be enforced, vigilantes. You'll also hear the rhetoric from groups like La Raza and the Mexican government (isn't that redundant?) that these groups are racist and violent, yet time and time again the only violence is coming from the illegal aliens, communists and socialists. Eventually I believe the tipping point will be reached and they will receive the violence they so justly deserve if they continue to allow things like what happened in Canoga Park on November 3, 2007 to continue.

Reports are that some illegal alien thugs and their scumbag supporters showed up at a Home Depot day labor site protest to "counter-protest" members of Save Our State and No More Invasion. At the conclusion patriots were cornered and attacked as they left the event - led by an illegal alien who has threatened them at past rallies. One patriot was hit in the head with a rock, and illegal aliens picked up bikes and threw them at the member along with paint cans.

This is what happens when you protest peacefully as an American citizen in your own country and your government does absolutely nothing to enforce the law and remove foreign invaders from your soil! This is what has been stated by those of us against illegal immigration, including Save Our State and the Minutemen, time and time again, that these aren't just simply people coming here to work, but to physically take over our country.

If you can watch the video below as an American citizen and not be as outraged as I am right now. Not be as angry and furious at our government. Then you have absolutely not one single shred of patriotism in your body. These people are out there simply calling for our laws to be enforced and they are viciously attacked by these low life criminal scumbags!

This is not the first time that people have been pushed around at these rallies in California and the police have done nothing. They don't make arrests of the illegal aliens, they treat it as a joke. Well it is no longer a joke. Now we don't just have American citizens dying in their homes due to illegal alien murderers and rapists. We don't just have American citizens dying on our streets due to illegal alien drunk drivers. We now have American citizens attacked for using their rights as American citizens in this country.

Has the ACLU and SPLC been informed of the illegals' hate crimes or are they so down the wrong path that they don't support immigration enforcement and constitutional protest by American citizens? Come on ACLU, you're really the MCLU, aren't you?

I have been attending dozens of these rally's and have come to the conclusion that we are doing nothing but wasting our time. The entire establishment in CA and possibly the Federal Government is protecting the scum-bag Illegal Aliens, and looking at us patriots like we are criminals or terrorists. They have been filming us and probably compiling files against us. WAKE UP AMERICANS. Am I the only one who sees this? It is time for a major change in tactics. I believe only massive violence and possibly CIVAL WAR is the only thing that is going to change anything or to save our great nation. There is no longer any such thing as Government by representation. I do not believe even one politician in any state, county, city or federal government (except Tom Tancredo) even cares about what the American poeple want or care about this country. We need to organize and be willing and able to protect ourselves and families, and to bring forth a hailstorm of violence against these scum-bag humans and their supporters. Isn't anyone angry about shit like this, and doesn't anyone care enough about our country to fight for it? The flag waving is over......time to show up with serious intentions.

Has the victim of the criminal battery filed a formal compaint with the police or prosecutor's office? This should be done with a copy of the video. Also consider a federal civil righits complaint. Filing formal written complaints makes more difficult police ignoring the conduct. After filing the complaint(s) write polite letters at monthly intervals seeking an update on progress. The victim should also consult local legal counsel about a civil suit. Some states have laws allowing victims and their counsel to prosecute on their own some criminal matters, all the more reason to seek local counsel.

I believe he is already in the process of numerous things regarding this attack, including legal action.

Good! I hope all you racists get left bleeding. I just wish he was wearing his official Klan uniform instead. That would have made for an even better picture.

I do have a few questions.

"Now we don't just have American citizens dying in their homes due to illegal alien murderers and rapists. We don't just have American citizens dying on our streets due to illegal alien drunk drivers."

Hypothetically, if your plans of all “immigrants” being deported comes to fruition will there be no more murder, raping, and drunk driving? I am sure if you check the statistics that the majority of those crimes are still performed by American citizens. Maybe we should deport them too for good measure…
I am not supporting illegal immigration, in fact I am all for assimilate others into our society as contributing tax payers, I just can’t stand ignorant statements like the one quoted that are used as a defense. The murdering, raping, drunk drivers are not that way because of their legal status within this countries boarders, and if caught they are convicted like everyone else. Do these heinous acts involving “illegals” happen? Yes, but that doesn’t stand as a testamate against the whole race. To assume so would be as ignorant as saying all Irish people are alcoholics, all Blacks are lazy, and all Jews are penny-pinching cheapskates.

Hypothetically, if your plans of all “immigrants” being deported comes to fruition will there be no more murder, raping, and drunk driving?

There would be less and you cannot deny that.

I am sure if you check the statistics that the majority of those crimes are still performed by American citizens.

So, we should just not enforce immigration laws because there are American criminals? What a strawman argument.

The murdering, raping, drunk drivers are not that way because of their legal status within this countries boarders, and if caught they are convicted like everyone else.

It is a fact that the crime rate is higher amongst illegal immigrants than it is among the legal immigrant community. From my point of view 100% of illegal immigrants are already criminals simply by coming here illegally.

However you are right, in a way, that their legal status doesn't make them more likely to be a criminal, it is because criminals are more likely to come here illegally. All the more reason to end this practice of illegal immigration.

Do these heinous acts involving “illegals” happen? Yes, but that doesn’t stand as a testamate against the whole race.

Who the hell said anything about race?

The true you comes out. You are assuming this is somehow racially motivated, but I can assure you that I would catch and throw out the Italian, Irish, Chinese, African and other other country's illegal aliens as well. Come here legally or don't come here!

You have no argument really because you've tainted yourself by playing the race card.

We should follow the example of the Mexican Governmet. Beat their ass, and drop them at the Border. No rights, rob them(Police Action) and have sex with the females. Any resistance, a bulet behind the ear. No protest. Sounds like it works for Mexico...................

Would you throw out a Canadian?

Posted by: Scott on March 28, 2008 12:52 AM

If they're illegal... yes. Come on now all we're asking for is for people to come here legally. It's not rocket science and it is OUR country with laws and rules.

Boycotts Will Not Stop AZ Enforcing Its Illegal-Immigration Law

Pres. Obama and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder for several days made derogatory statements against Arizona’s passed illegal Immigration bill. Amazingly Obama at the same time he was criticizing the AZ bill he was also stating he hadn't read it. When Eric Holder was questioned about his statements against the AZ bill, Holder also stated he never read it, that his statements were based on what he read in newspapers. No doubt millions Americans who heard Holder say this on the news must believe Holder is an idiot. It is apparent neither Obama nor Holder cares what the Arizona bill says; their intention was to disseminate false information to incite the public, perhaps to open the door for socialist/communist agitators to move in on Arizona's illegal immigration issue; first by further inciting the public, then misleading Americans to support leftists that want amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants, whose votes Democrats need in subsequent elections. The AZ bill is short, perhaps a 10 minute read, so it must be strongly considered Obama and Holder both alleged law scholars, did read this bill before they knowingly spread false information about the AZ bill's contents, a tactic used by communists to mislead the public. Americans should be wide awake; it is obvious that Americans are now exponentially losing control of their U.S. Government to real hardcore Communists and socialists, and it is only a matter of time before Obama’s socialist/communist supporters will aggressively push for stripping taxpaying Americans of their assets. There is nothing complicated about this, leftists along with millions of illegal immigrants see your stuff, they want it, and many may believe their only chance to get it, is through some form of revolution. Is Obama helping incite such leftist aspirations? If yes, Why? And if yes, is that Treason if communists are an integral part?

After Eric Holder last week attacked the passed AZ illegal Immigration bill, then said he never read the bill, I did a little research on Holder. I found Holder has before made similar lame statements and excuses to explain his nonfeasance when holding a position in government. In the final days of the Clinton administration, Eric Holder was working for the U.S. Government and was involved in the last minute pardon of fugitive financier Marc Rich who had been indicted in the U.S. on federal charges of alleged tax evasion and making illegal oil deals with Iran during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s and Iran hostage crisis. Despite those charges, Eric Holder gave Clinton a “neutral, leaning towards favorable” Opinion of the pardon, for Marc Rich. After Marc Rich received January 20, 2001 the pardon from Pres. Clinton, Eric Holder was questioned by a House Government Reform Committee and Senate Judiciary Committee about his role in the Marc Rich pardon: Eric Holder’s replied…during the run up to the Marc Rich pardon, he did not have the ability to look at all the materials that had been vetted through the way we normally vet materials.

Apparently Eric Holder is a past master at weaseling out of direct questioning when cornered, so far...

How Many Times has Sen. John McCain changed his position on Illegal Immigration to get reelected? If you would like a glimpse who McCain really is, see the following information about S.3081 that McCain recently introduced, that would crush free speech and your Right to free association.

Are You Scheduled For Government Interrogation If Senate bill 3081 Is Passed?

On March 4, 2010, Sen. John McCain introduced S.3081, The “Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010.”

Sen. McCain’s S.3081 would eliminate several Constitutional protections allowing Government to arbitrarily pick up Americans on mere suspicion—with no probable cause. Your political opinions and statements made against U.S. Government could be used by Authorities to deem you a “hostile” “Enemy Belligerent” to cause your arrest and indefinite detention. S.3081 is so broadly written innocent anti-war protesters and Tea Party Groups might be arrested and detained just for attending demonstrations; Government can charge that attending demonstrations "materially supported hostilities."

Considering how often Sarah Palin defends Free Speech, one can’t help wonder why Palin is helping McCain’s reelection to the U.S. Senate after he introduced possibly the most anti-Free Speech Bill in Modern U.S. History. Perhaps Palin or her Tea Party supporters haven’t considered McCain’s legislation might be used by a corrupt government administration to crush them. Tea Parties might question Palin whether she supports Sen. McCain’s bill the “Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010.” (S.3081)

Under S.3081, an “individual” need only be Suspected by Government of “suspicious activity” or “supporting hostilities” to be dragged off and held indefinitely in Military Custody. Government will have the power to detain and interrogate any individual without probable cause. Government need only allege an individual kept in detention, is an Unprivileged Enemy Belligerent suspected of; having engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners; or has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States; its coalition partners; or U.S. civilians. How could one prove to Government they did not purposely do something? “Materially Supporting Hostilities” against the United States could include any person or group that spoke out or demonstrated disapproval against an agency of U.S. Government. It is foreseeable many Americans might go underground to Resist Government Tyranny. Definition for Unprivileged Enemy Belligerent: (Anyone Subject to a Military Commission)

At least under the Patriot Act, law enforcement generally needed probable cause to detain a person indefinitely. Passage of S.3081 will permit government to use “mere suspicion” to curtail an individual’s Constitutional Protections against unlawful arrest, detention and interrogation without benefit of legal counsel and trial. According to S.3081 Government is not required to provide detained individuals U.S. Miranda Warnings or even an attorney.

S.3081 if passed will frighten Americans from speaking out. S.3081 is so broadly written, it appears any “individual” who writes on the Internet or verbally express an opinion against or an entity of U.S. Government or its coalition partners might be detained on the basis he or she is an “unprivileged enemy belligerent”, “supporting hostilities against U.S. Government.” The “supporting hostilities” provisions in S.3081 are so broad Government could use “suspicion” to detain U.S. corporate executives on the premise their corporations “supported hostilities” by providing goods or services to a nation engaged in hostilities against the United States.

How might Americans respond should Government use this bill to take away their loved ones, family members and friends on mere suspicion? It is foreseeable McCain’s bill will drive lawful political activists underground, perhaps creating the domestic terrorists McCain said we needed to be protected from.

McCain’s bill mentions “non-violent acts" supporting terrorism in the U.S. and or emanating from America against a Coalition Partner. Non-violent terrorist acts" are covered in the Patriot Act to prosecute Persons that support “coercion to influence a government or intimidation to affect a civilian population.” However, U.S. activists and individuals under S.3081 would be much more vulnerable to prosecution, if (charged with suspicion) of “intentionally providing support to an Act of Terrorism”, for example American activists can’t control what other activists might do illegally—they network with domestically and overseas. Under the Patriot Act, law enforcement generally needs probable cause to detain or prosecute someone. But under S.3081, law enforcement and the military can too easily use (hearsay or informants) to allege “suspicious activity” to detain an individual. It is problematic under S.3081 that detained individuals in the U.S. not involved in terrorism or hostile activities, not given Miranda Warnings or allowed legal counsel will be prosecuted for ordinary crimes because of their alleged admissions while in military custody.

Notably, McCain’s S.3081 mandates (merging) Federal, State and Local Police and subsequently the U.S. Military to detain and hold Individuals in the U.S., even without probable cause. Interestingly a Rand Report prepared for the Army, recently made public, appears to suggest that U.S. Government develop a Local, State and Federal U.S. "National Police Stabilization Force merging State law enforcement with the Feds. What could happen to State Rights and what Laws and Jurisdiction would be used to prosecute state Citizens arrested by a National Police Stabilization Force? A National Police Force could potentially be sent by the President into any State with the approval of its governor, against the wishes of its Citizens? To clarify the Rand Corporation report visit:

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=122533

Historically it is foreseeable under S.3081 that "erroneous informant information" could be used to detain innocent Individuals. Other countries have used lying informants to imprison; even execute political opposition.

Under S.3081 government may use an individual’s phone call and email information to allege without probable cause “suspicious or hostile activity against a U.S. civilian population or the United States to detain Americans.”

(Make Your Own Determination If The Analysis Herein Is Correct) See McCain’s 12-page Senate bill S.3081 at:
assets.theatlantic.com/static/mt/assets/politics/ARM10090.pdf

FYI: below is enclosed a copy of “Hitler’s Discriminatory Decrees signed February 28, 1933.” Although the Nazi Decrees are written differently than S.3081, the McCain bill could bring America to the same place crushing free speech and personal liberty. Note how the Nazi Government in Section (1) and (4), similar to U.S. S.3081, suspend personal liberty— shutdown Free Speech to intimidate Citizens speaking out against Government:

See Section 1
“Sections 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124, and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. Thus, restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion, including freedom of the press, on the right of assembly and the right of association, and violations of the privacy of postal, telegraphic, and telephonic communications, and warrants for house-searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.”

Similar to McCain’s S. 3081, but using different wording the Nazi Government in Section (4) see below, suspended Constitutional rights, ordered the arrest of Citizens for any ACT that might incite or provoke disobedience against state authorities. McCain’s S.3081 instead mentions detaining and prosecuting Individuals for “supporting hostilities” against U.S. Government. S.3081 is so broadly written any person or group attending a protest could be arrested without provable cause and detained if government charged a protest-supported hostilities.

See Section 4
Whoever provokes, or appeals for or incites to the disobedience of the orders given out by the supreme state authorities or the authorities subject to then for the execution of this decree, or the orders given by the Reich Government according to Section 2, is punishable—insofar as the deed, is not covered by the decree with more severe punishment and with imprisonment of not less that one month, or with a fine from 150 up to 15,000 Reichsmarks.
