Why was illegal alien drug smuggler Osvaldo Aldrete-Davilla given 6 border passes and immunity in the case against Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean? Does this go straight to the Oval Office and the desk of the President? Is there a hidden agenda in this case? Are Ramos and Compean some of the first prisoners in the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) and North American Union (NAU) passage to disuade law enforcement from enforcing current laws?

Congressman Dana Rohrabacher joins Glenn Beck and discusses the new information received in the case and that Aldrete-Davilla was indeed involved in a second drug bust after being given immunity and that he was given further border passes after that fact. This information was not allowed to be presented in the case and could have easily turned the case the other way due to credibility issues of this sole witness.
