The Chicago & Midwest Minutemen rallied this past weekend supporting Waukegan, Illinois and their city council which is looking at putting some of its law enforcement personnel through the Department of Homeland Security 287(g) program.
The 287(g) program allows local law enforcement to screen inmates and others for their legal status and - working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) - have those inmates deported rather than sitting in a US jail eating up US taxpayer dollars.
Illegal Aliens and their supporters in the area have threatened a boycott of all businesses in the area in protest of the city councils actions should the vote go in favor of implementing 287(g). Also word has been spreading that illegal aliens in the area are making claims that they will result to violence should the measure pass .
Our good friends the Freedom Folks were at the rally and have a lot more info. There was a counter "rally" put on by 10 or so illegal aliens and their supporters, which mostly appear to be socialists who don't believe in borders or laws. Head over there and check them out where they have lots of pics.
There will be no violence as some of the Minuteman claim. This is just a rumor started in order to continue to divide us on the issue. If anyone starts it will be the Minuteman or the police.

Americans are losing their Constitutional Rights by way of Liberal Judges who no longer uphold the Constitution because they stand for Judicial Freedom. By allowing Judicial Freedom we forfeit the Rights provided within the Constitution and allow Judges to interpret law as they see fit. Americans need to stand against these Judges and enact J.A.I.L. = Judicial Accountability Initiative Legislation in order to preserve the original intent and purpose of the Constitution.
