On January 12, a Border Patrol Agent was taking a group of 7 illegal aliens into custody in the desert. After apprehending six of them the seventh, 22-year-old Francisco Javier Dominguez Rivera, decided he wasn't going to be taken and struggled with the Agent. Fearing for his life the agent ended up shooting Rivera who died.
Now the family in Mexico and the Mexican government want "justice".

Scattering white flowers in the graveyard, the mourners carried the coffin of Francisco Javier Dominguez Rivera, 22, through the streets of a working class neighborhood in Cuautla, a city about 25 miles south of Mexico City, in central Mexico
"If there is any justice, let's hope it is applied," Renato Dominguez, the victim's father, told reporters at the family's home ... He said his son's death "is an ugly thing; I wouldn't wish it on anybody."
Relatives have called for the agent involved to be punished, and last week the Mexican government sent a diplomatic note to the United States stating its "firm condemnation" and "serious concern over the recurrence of this type of incident." The note demanded an exhaustive investigation.
First of all, if Mexico is so concerned, how about they request we build a fence to keep people from trying to cross into the US? Secondly, why don't they actually discourage people from illegally coming here. Third, I know you're sad at the loss of your relative, but he was breaking the law and he knew it. On top of this he decided to fight with a law enforcement officer, so there's not a lot of sympathy from me.
And before I am once again called a racist I'd say the same thing about a US citizen who knowingly broke the law and then struggled with law enforcement and got shot. I don't have a lot of sympathy for those who break the laws or attack law enforcement personnel.

Call me crazy but...if these people hadn't tried to enter illegally in the first place, this never would have occurred. Now, they and the Mexican government want justice! They broke the Law, end of story!!! As far as justice, what about the border patrol agents who are now in jail for doing their job by arresting a drug smuggler. Where is their JUSTICE

I think that there should be no border between mexico and America I think that all the mexicans want to do is have a better life for thier family. I think that who ever thinks that all people besides americans are terrorist are stupid any one can be a terrorist even an american. Don't think that an American can't try to bomb his or her own country, but oh yeah we can't put every one in jail just because we think that they might try and kill millions of people. I mean when you really think about it not all people are here to fight I have a boyfriend who is illegel and I love him so much I don't think that there is anything wrong with that. But I can't seem to find my boyfriend and do you know why, he had to go to court and I think that they took him away from me do you know what that can do to a girl who has finally found love and then you just take it away. Not everyone is here to kill people, most of them are here to find love, Like me and my Ponciano Gonzolez!

I aslo forgot to add, I want to know did the officer really think his life was in danger? Did the 22 year old man have a gun or a knife? was he going to die or would he has lived if he could have gotten back up. I think that he is takeing this a little to far his life was not in danger, do you know whos life was in danger an innocent man who just wanted to make a bit of money to make dreams for his family happen well now he can't do that and do you know why? Because one man THOUGHT that he was in danger but he really wasn't the key word in the artical is, and I quote " The officer THOUGHT that his life was in danger" That is so much different then actually being in danger, if the man had gun yes I would understand but did he I don't think so. So who was the victum?
