I was hit by a hispinic male on 12-21-06 and they didn't have insurance or even have a ID of any kind. They walked away free. How can the police just let them walk away free knowing they are an illegal alien and they just comitted a crime. The police said the only thing I can do is to sue them. How can I sue them when the only thing they are going to do is run? I believe the goverment should have to pay for our cars getting fixed and the medical bills due to the wreck. Is there anything I can do to get this solved or to at least get it to the public's eye so we can start and awarness to get this stopped?

I had the same thing happen years ago in California. There is little you can do other than to get our government to actually do their job and keep these people out of the country in the first place.

Even if you did get a form of ID the likelihood it was fraudulent would be high.

You're not alone. This happens every day across our country and nobody is doing a thing about it.

Immigrants do jobs that Americans wont????? This statement is without a doubt written by an immigrant. Every time I go to a clinic or optomotrist, or administrative call center areas most of these offices are staffed with a majority of hispanics. Now these are not jobs that Americans wont work but jobs they cant get past the hispanic recruiter. I worked for a doctor's office and it was a well diversed staff until we got a hispanic supervisor and within one year the entire office staff had been replaced with hispanics. I have a B.A. degree and was spared. I observed the supervisor who harassed all the non hispanic workers until they left open positions for her culture,relatives and/or friends. Now the Office has added another hispanic office manager w/o degree and I have already found another job. They discriminate against anyone but their own. Non hispanic workers receied intentional unwarranted write ups leading to termination. Oh yes, One last pet peeve of mine is spanish speaking employees speaking to administration in spanish excluding non spanish speeking emloyees from the conversation. This created many disagreements. I am truly sick of it. I am through with the U.S. especially, California.

I am so tired of the problems with immagration. I'm kinda going through the same thing with the people living next door to me. They started out by renting a house 2 doors down which were my good friends house and they couldn't pay there rent so they rented the house right next door to us and it is just a nightmare!! They are very loud and disgusting they drop their trash on the floor and they don't even pick it up we live in a clean neighbor hood. They even got to the point were they stoped paying him rent and he ended up loosing his house now the immagrants are living there for free. None of them work which is 11 people in a 2 bedroom house and they party all the time. The police don't do anything I just can't believe what this country is coming to. I'm hispanic and I think that this is bull we as Americans have to pay our taxes, and help put there kids through school that's why I feel are schools are over crowded and we pay for it. When is it going to stop!!

Honestly, to all people are using immigrants as an excuse as to why you are not promoted. Often times immigrants are opressed and not given the rights they deserve as HUMAN BEIINGS. People need to realize, that we are all human and under god have the same rights. You know, I am soo sick of these in and out excuses, if you DO NOT get a promotion. If you are not getting it there is a reason for it. It is true that often times Hispanics have higher work ethic than Americans. I am not intending to offend anyone. Heck, I am not even hispanic. But, it is a known fact the have a higher work ethic. WHY? It does not come as easy to them, they have families at home dying of poverty. But, do you guys care nope.

If they have such a higher work ethic then why are they coming to America? With that opinion all Hispanic countries should have a superior economy and be models of productivity. As much as you say you're not being racist, you most certainly are.

I live in california and I am sick to my stomach every time I see a mexican with a stroller and 5 dirty children. I think we need to cut off all of their welfare and medical aid immediatly. Maybe they will change their ways. I will outline them in the coming sentances. I am 33 and me and my wife do not have kids yet. The reason for this is that we are not ready financially. We are responsible and care about the health and welfare of our children so we are working to get to a financial place to provide the best life for them. Every mexican I see has no car no money, 3 children at different ages and pregnant. My father is a accountant and he told me what they do according to their tax returns. They will of course jump the border, get married and begin to have children asap to establish the right to live here. After that they will get jobs and earn just under 15k. The rest of the year they work under the table. By doing this they get the full earned income credit of around 5k paid to them via the irs and pay no taxes at all. They can do this by filing as separated while still being completely married the whole time. Now if this isn't bad enough they then will couple that with food stamps welfare, medical aid etc. I had this affect me first hand when I was at the store the other day. I am struggling so I am trying to watch my money. I spent 12 dollars and was bothered by having spent so much on so little. The people ahead of me both obviously citizens through the loopholes we all talk about are spending $60 and look perfectly happy to doing it. They pulled out a what appeared to be a credit card to pay for their groceries. The clerk asked them if it was a food card. Unable to speak english at all they said si... I asked the clerk what she asked them and she said they were using a food stamp card. This sickened me beyond belief. lastly the children produced in this way almost always turn out to be drug dealing thugs with no respect for anything and end up in prison costing me more money. Excuse me I have to go puke!

OK that's better, now, my city is infested with these low life abusers of the good people who built this country. I am sickened saddened and enraged that this government does nothing to put this to a stop immediately. With all the financial problems we have in this country, why are we allowing ourselves to be taken advantage of? It has to stop now. I am going to actively pursue this issue until they are held accountable for all of the mess they have created. Please send me any info you can to get involved. I will sit on the boarder any day, just sign me up!!!! Call me a racist call me what you want I don't' care just like they don't care that they are burning this country with gasoline! God help us!
