Forcible Rape charges have been dropped in the Duke lacrosse team case. Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong moved to drop the charges after the plaintiff told investigators that she couldn't testify "with certainty" that she was raped.
Reade Seligmann, 20, Collin Finnerty, 20, and David Evans, 23 have been in the national spotlight for charges that many have seen as being a railroading.
Now the question I have is when is District Attorney Mike Nifong going to pay for this travesty of justice, drop all the charges against some young men who hired a couple strippers and get off his high horse? The second stripper at the party claims nothing in regards to a kidnapping or sexual assault.
An even more important question is how many years in jail is the woman going to serve in jail for putting these guy, their families and relatives through untold expense and emotional distress and destroying their reputations and futures?
This woman needs to be made an example of and I sure hope that she is sued in civil court for millions and put in the slammer for a good 20 years. False rape claims just are not prosecuted enough and it continues to be a major blackmail and revenge tool used across the nation.

Nifong said he plans to proceed with kidnapping and sexual assault charges against the three players.
... The players were indicted last spring after a North Carolina Central University student told police she was beaten and raped by three lacrosse players while performing as a stripper at a March 13 team party.

Nifong's investigator interviewed the woman Thursday, and she told the investigator that she couldn't testify "with certainty" that she was raped.
Prosecutors said they couldn't proceed without her testimony, so they decided to dismiss the rape charges in the case.

The 28-year-old woman is pregnant and is due to deliver in February. A judge last week ordered her and the three players to undergo a paternity test, but Nifong and defense attorneys said they're certain none of the players is the baby's father.
This woman is scum of the earth. I have nothing against strippers, but have everything against claims of false rape. She's done damage to every woman out there who was really raped and makes a claim.
