First this worthless "leader" failed to do anything while his citizens were drowning in a flood caused by Hurricane Katrina. Then he didn't accept any responsibility for his failings blaming it on the federal and state government and FEMA. Now Ray Nagin proves he's a racist asshole who doesn't want those of other races in New Orleans...just "chocolate" people.

I was not going to post anything on this until I saw this "leader" now all over the TV stations trying to act like he didn't mean it and that he's "sorry" he let out his racist tendencies on international TV.

Why this guy wasn't sacked after Katrina is beyond me.
