I've been to about 7 or 8 interviews in the past few weeks and the smart one has called me back for a second interview. The others, well obviously they aren't smart because they haven't snatched me up. I'm a steal.

There's one other place that was still interviewing and said they'd have the word sometime early this week, but I haven't heard from them yet. I'll probably contact them after I finish writing this and see what's up.

So, I'm setting up a second interview with potential employer #1 for sometime this week. The position fits me well. They do a lot of stuff that I'm very good at doing and I'd certainly bring tremendous value to their company with my experience. Their salary is lower than my last full-time position -- but what do you expect -- this is Rochester, not Mexifornia.

Crystal Clear has also been snatched up by a very smart employer in Hawaii after she took the leap out of California a month or so ago. Head on over there and toss her a congratulations!
