After going through the hassle with the assholes known as UPS over them damaging my monitor
, I received a letter today from their insurance company denying my claim. Their reasoning was "improper packaging", but I'll tell you what, out of all the things I shipped here that was the one thing I made sure was packed right.
So, I will no longer use UPS. I urge you to no longer use these fuckheads as well. The damage was obviously caused by them taking the box and dropping it straight on the corner from some height or tossing it or some other action similar in nature.
If they aren't going to cover the damage they cause then what is the point in them insuring anything? The other monitor, that I packed the same way, came through fine. Of course it's box corner hadn't been bashed in as if hit by a sledgehammer.
What can brown do for you?
The answer is take your year old monitor that you spent $500 bucks on, bash it to shit and then tell you to fuck off they aren't paying for it. That's what brown can do for you.
