We're writing a book on the tactics these female predators use on their victims so that parents can get a head-start if their child mentions something "unusual" between a teacher and them.
The main question is how to compare these females teachers, aides, and interns and their crimes with the MONSTERS that are lifetime offenders like the two most recent involving long-term abuse before murdering beautiful, innocent children.
I'd bet none of these accused teachers (most recently Lafave, Solario, DeBarracui, etc.)would risk a jury trial now, as the words "sex-offender" are going to trigger the evil images we have of the murderers and "lifetime offenders" released when they have served their sentence, even after telling police they can't wait do do it again as the 2 most recent maniacs have.
In these teacher incidents, nobody is sure if they will repeat (not with students, as they'll never teach again..hopefully)!but with others who catch their eye or fancy.
It's still not totally public as to their motives after realizing they are married women with children who more than likely will lose their husbands. Is that what they subconciously desired in the first place? There are easier "no-fault" divorce laws for that than facing years in a 10 x 8 cell for having an "affair."

How are these female child molesters allowed to teach? If the police would take these crimes serious and arrest these perverts than when they do it again it would not be a first offense and receive probation. Women have been getting away with molesting children for many many years while men usually get caught pretty quick and spend an average of 6 years in prison and rarely receive probation and this is sad as the victims see this is ok and end up doing this themselves and they end up in prison.

I am one male who often fantasized about his teachers during puberty. I started about age 12 after my first "odd dream." That continued well into high school at which point girls started to show greater signs of physical maturity after which my attentions were turned in their direction. And absolutely every guy I have talked to about this says the same thing. We all fantasized about a number of teachers and would have welcomed "forbidden contact."

None of us would have done anything to get a teacher like Deb LaFave in trouble had one ever "seduced" us. We would have welcomed it. It would have made this time of almost constant erections a little less confusing, a little more rewarding.

But I do realize why this is wrong and why the sanity of the teachers involved must be questioned. They are criminal sex offenders and ought to be treated as such. But let's not kid ourselves into thinking that boys and girls are identical, even similar. Girls, for as long as I can remember have told me they mature faster than boys. OK. But not in all ways.

Every normal healthy boy wants to have sex as soon as possible after they realize why they get an erection. Most normal healthy girls (those who do not suffer esteem problems) do not have much genuine sexual appetite until well into their twenties, possibly as late as thirties.

It is factual to state that male human beings achieve sexual peak around 15-20 while females do likewise after the age of 30.
