Well here we go! When California starts cranking up you know the economy is going to take off in America. With everyone writing California off as a bankrupt state, this is positive news for the nation. I would just like to give Arnold a little credit for this. Not for any certain policies he's put in place, but just for the confidence he has given businesses that the state's not dead.

California posted its best job growth numbers in a year during October, adding 43,500 payroll jobs, according to figures released Monday by the state Employment Development Department.
