The body of a blonde-haired woman with her legs and arms cut off and throat slit has been found lying on the street in Fallujah, Marines said.
"It is definitely a Caucasian woman with long blonde hair," said a military official, who cut open a cover that had been over the corpse.

"It is a female... missing all four appendages, with a slashed throat and disembowelled, she has been dead for a while but only in this location for a day or two," said Benjamin Finnell, a hospital apprentice with the Navy Corps, who had inspected the body.
An AFP photographer embedded with the Marines said the woman was wearing a blue dress and her face was completely disfigured.

So, what I'd like to know- does anyone here care that one of our Marines SHOT what was probably a dead body in that mosque and NOW may face charges of WARCRIMES??? Anyone see an inequity here?

It wasn't a dead body. Do I care? No, it's war and they were the terrorists killing our troops from inside a mosque. They all should be executed on site as they would do to us. Morals be damned when it comes to fighting these monsters.

There are no words to express my feelings about what they did to this woman. I don't understand how the people responsible can sleep at night. May this woman rest in peace, and God be with her family who are left to deal with the aftermath. I can only hope that the nightmares that this woman was facing for the rest of her life, had she survived are over for her now.
In response to anarmymom's comment about the fate of the soldier who shot the possibly dead body... I am with you on that all the way! These people have been "playing dead" and then sitting up and shooting at our men, what are they (our soldiers) expected to do??!! I would have done the same thing!
