The House of Representatives passed the DREAM Act amnesty bill last night.
Just so everyone clearly realizes the stakes... tomorrow - the senate vote - is indeed the last stand when it comes to this Dream Act amnesty. Passing there, it will surely be signed by Obama immediately and become law. It is IMPERATIVE that it is killed in the Senate. It will not be able to be repealed - for that to happen Obama would have to sign any repeal that passed in the next session and he most assuredly would not.
60 votes are needed in the Senate to avoid a filibuster. We can do this!
Pick up those phones and call your senators.
Tell them to vote no on the Dream Act.
If you are unsure of all of the bad things in the Dream Act, Senator Jeff Sessions has put out a report 10 Things You Need To Know About The DREAM Act. This bill is nothing about kids. It allows illegal aliens up to the age of 35 to apply for legal status.
