DHS head Janet Napolitano said amnesty is coming next year. Of course she didn't say the word "amnesty", she said “tough and fair pathway to earned legal status.”, but anyone with half a brain can read between the lines when it comes to pro-amnesty Napolitano.
Those pushing for amnesty for illegal aliens have doubted whether Obama will bring it to the forefront with all the other socialist crap on his plate that he is pushing, like health care and "cap and trade". Rest assured that your dear leader has not finished trying to destroy this nation. Amnesty is coming in the beginning of 2010 Obama and Napolitano want to make clear.

The Obama administration will insist on measures to give legal status to an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants as it pushes early next year for legislation to overhaul the immigration system, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said on Friday.
In an address at the Center for American Progress, a liberal policy group in Washington, Ms. Napolitano sought to dispel any notion that the administration — with health care, energy and other major issues crowding its agenda — might postpone the most contentious piece of an immigration overhaul until after midterm elections next November.
Laying out the administration’s bottom line, she said it will argue for a “three-legged stool” that includes enacting tougher enforcement laws against illegal immigrants and the people who hire them, and streamlining the system for legal immigration, but also what she called a “tough and fair pathway to earned legal status.”
Anyone who believes that "tougher enforcement laws" will actually be enforced (the current laws aren't even enforced) against illegal aliens or those who hire them is smoking some serious brain altering substances.
As for a "fair pathway to earned legal status”, there is no "fair" in giving illegal aliens a right to be here when there are millions around the world waiting to come here legally, some for decades. And what is so "fair" about the US taxpayer having to put up with lawbreaking people remaining in their country and footing the bill for it all?
These people really do hate you, the American citizen.
