Yes, I thought it just should be stated that I hate
Mike Huckabee and that he is everything that is wrong with the Republican Party.
Is there a particular reason that I bring this up? Is there any topic that spurred my writing of this? No, not really, it has just been something on my mind for the past few weeks and I decided to put it down.
Huckabee runs for president on a faux southern boy image; supports illegal aliens in his state as governor then tries to sign a pledge of no amnesty for illegals during the campaign to garner votes; After losing the primary (as he rightly should have) he garners a talk show deal with Fox News, who apparently thinks he is grand. It is one of the things I hate about Fox News as well.
Fake conservatism is disgusting.
His talk show is fluffy crap and rehashed news that is boring without any real point. I see Huckabee on the same playing field as Tyra Banks. Then he whips out an instrument to try and endear himself to the public.
Oh wait! I just discovered that Huckabee apparently took lessons from Banks. As I was writing this little rant up I managed to dig up the Tyra Banks show where he took lessons from Banks on how to be a shallow talk show host. You can see the video below.
I hate smarmy people like Huckabee. He has no real beliefs of his own and just flits from one thing to another trying to "own it". People like Huckabee are one of the reasons that the Republican Party is a shell of it's former Conservative glory and the reason it doesn't have the support that it once did. As long as the Republican Party keeps pushing lame people like Huckabee you can count people like myself out.
And Fox News better shape the hell up, their fake Conservativism in the hands of people like Huckabee and Sean Hannity is starting to annoy.
