I never heard it myself but I was told by staffers at the hearing that Sessions remarked that Jashley’s uncontrollable upset at his Mom’s trauma was nothing about histrionics”. Now that I have been privy to the video below I am blown away by the irony of his standing on the Senate Judiciary committee – that this piece of garbage has any power over my being at all. I agree. Sessions and all of the other Repubs are hateful bigots and garbage. The author of this article is also. Who does he believe gave idiot Bush all the answers to EVERYTHING. None of these people, if I may refer to them as such, should have power over any but their own kind. Much fear among Repubs and rightfully so. The world is changing and those who hold power and oppress are now afraid of losing it forever and the consequences it bears. Sotomayor is a brillant woman and will definetly hold her own.

All of Sessions arguments were well thought out. As for your "argument" of just throwing the "racist" word around, well it doesn't work anymore.
