Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the toughest sheriff in America, faced off with Al Sharpton in a heated debate over alleged racial profiling. Sharpton and other pro-illegal alien supporters - both activists and politicians - have tried to brand Arpaio as racially profiling in his crackdown on illegal aliens in the county through the 287(g) program.
Arpaio is simply stunning in his direction and firmness. Sharpton, in my opinion comes off as weasely, throwing around random accusations that he has no proof to back up. Sharpton continuously tries to put the burden on the sheriff and his staff to prove he's not racially profiling. This is exactly the wrong way the legal justice system works. The burden is on the accuser to prove that laws or rights have been violated, not on the accused to prove he has not.
Sharpton gives us a clear cut idea of the tactics that the pro-illegal groups in this country are using. Accuse people of racism and demand that they prove they're not. In this manner they tie up the accused in a menagerie of efforts to try and prove they are not what they are being accused of rather than continuing the efforts they were pushing forward on. Arpaio to his credit has fought back, all the while not losing his focus and continuing to enforce the law.
This is a must see debate.

I side with Sheriff Joe Arpaio. If we had more men like him, we may not have the problems we do with these ILLEGAL ALIENS. It's time for ZERO TOLERENCE with these ILLEGAL ALIENS. It's time for them to get back to their own country where they belong. They don't belong here!
