(Cliffside Park, New Jersey) A 34-year-old Guatemalan illegally in the U.S., Gualter Diaz-Muray, was arrested this week for allegedly forcing himself on a five-year-old girl. Diaz-Muray is accused of restraining the girl and sexually assaulting her when she tried to run away.
The alleged offenses took place in a house in Cliffside Park.
Arguably one ugly bastard, Diaz-Muray probably scared the hell out of the little girl. He faces counts of aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Diaz-Muray was booked into custody at the Bergen County Jail with bail set at $400,000. Naturally, an immigration hold would be appropriate but who knows what the local law enforcers do.
Butt Ugly don't begin to discribe thiss "Scumbag". An address needs to be posted, so a letter campaing to the Local Politicain. OR this dirt ball get's out, and NEXT time, he will not leave a witness..........

They shouldn't even set a bail for this prick. Any other American citizen would more likely be held in jail without bail. Why should this guy get a chance to be bailed out to run back to mommy Mexico? The courts must have felt really sorry for the ugliness of this guy to let a little girl suffer the feeling he may come for her again. Like you said Digger, who knows what the local law enforcers won't do.
