A Mexican Mass Murderer who committed a massacre of children in Mexico a decade ago has been arrested in Los Angeles.
Jesus Ruben Moncada, 33, has been living in Los Angeles illegally under his real name and apparently has had no problems doing so.
He was taken into custody and brought to the Mexican authorities. Just remember that there's no death penalty in Mexico as you read below what this vicious killer did. Also think to yourself, "living under his real name illegally in Los Angeles without any challenge". How safe are we?

A man suspected in the massacre of 19 men, woman and children during a Baja California drug war 10 years ago has been arrested in Los Angeles and returned to Mexico where he faces murder and other charges.
33-year-old Jesus Ruben Moncada was taken into custody Thursday night while taking out the garbage at his home in East L-A. He was allegedly a high-ranking member of the Felix Arellano drug cartel, who in 1998 helped gun down 19 people during a raid on an Ensenada ranch in search of a rival pot smuggler.
Moncada was arrested on an immigration violation Thursday, and on Friday he was handed over to 500 Mexican federal government agents massed at the Tijuana crossing, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced.

Mexican and US authorities are celebrating this arrest as proof that law enforcement cooperation works. However they had nothing to say about border security working, which would have kept this vicious killer out of our country.

I'm glad the law caught this human piece of filth, but it's going to take some VIP's loved one getting mowed down by an illegal before anything is done about it. How sad is that? Just regular American people getting raped, killed, etc. is not enough to build the border fence and round these scumbags up! If E-Verify is not renewed before the election, we're screwed. Obama and McAmnesty are both going to push for amnesty for illegals. If that happens watch for all hell to break lose. Americans have had it!
