You can't get anymore sick than this illegal alien multiple sexual assault criminal Martin L. Gamez. He was caught by a family friend while forcing an 8-year-old girl to strip naked to the waist and kneel in front of him while he masturbated. When the mother found out she stabbed Gamez.
I applaud the mother.
I do not applaud the court system in Sheboygan that allowed this criminal illegal alien with a previous sexual assault from 2006 back on our streets on a "deferred sentence". These people need to be strung up.

A Sheboygan teen was convicted today of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl after reaching a plea agreement under which prosecutors will recommend he serve eight years in prison, said Sheboygan County District Attorney Joe DeCecco.
Martin L. Gamez, of 1212 Erie Ave., a Mexican citizen in the United States illegally, was stabbed by the girl’s mother several minutes after a family friend of the victim stopped the assault, according to a criminal complaint. The friend discovered Gamez in the early morning hours Aug. 16 masturbating behind the girl, who was kneeling on a bed naked from the waist down in her’ mother’s north-side apartment, the complaint said.
Gamez pleaded no contest today to a count of felony first-degree sexual assault of a child as part of a plea deal that dismissed a misdemeanor count of exposing genitals to a child, DeCecco said.
Gamez will be sentenced June 6 on the felony, which carries a penalty of up to 40 years in prison. He will also be sentenced that day on a count of second-degree sexual assault in a separate case, for forcing himself on a teenage girl in November 2006, court records show.
Gamez was initially given a deferred conviction agreement in that case — meaning the charge would be dismissed if he committed no further crimes for three years — but that agreement was revoked after the new charges were filed.
He faces up to 25 years in prison on the older charge. Judge Timothy Van Akkeren will hand down the sentences in both cases.
Gamez will remain in jail without bond until his sentencing.
The mother was charged with misdemeanor battery. She should have been charged with receiving a medal for defending her daughter.
Yet again, just another day in America of reading of some ILLEGAL, usually from Mexico or some South American country MOLESTING AN AMERICAN KID!!! These lefty liberals in WI better get with the program. I'm reading more and more stories like this out of Wisconsin...sickening. I hope this SOB gets the max. How many times did the Mom stab him? It wasn't enough...

Its so sick. Trust me, there isn't much more humiliating then that. When I was 13 years old I woke up 3 nights in a row with sticky stuff all over my face. On the 4th night I was ready, and caught my uncle masturbating on me while I was sleeping. It was so gross to know a 55 year old man who I trust and look up to doing that to me. I don't even know what else he did to me while I slept.

Why does it seem like our courts are allowing immigrants to get away with crimes like these without being deported the first time they prove themselves to be dangerous to others? In Texas, there are two teen girls dead at the hand of their father in an honor killing and it seems like the media is ingoring this story because they don't want to show immigrants in a bad light. The courts have a duty to protect us from people like this. This guy didn't do something stupid and hurt someone on accident, he is disgusting. He should have been gone the first time and not given a chance to do it again. Why would a judge allow him to stay here? Does anyone really think that these people stop acting this way because someone told them not to do anything bad again for 3 years? Why wasn't he deported?
That mother was protecting her child and might have been a little bit insane at the time. For her to be charged with anything is crazy. The Judge who let him loose should be charged with neglagence.
