I'm sick of hearing the argument that I should put myself in the situation of the illegal alien. The fact of the matter is that if I was an illegal alien, broke into America and got caught, I would expect to face the consequences. I would take responsibility for my actions and not expect a bunch of bleeding hearts to come save my ass.

I bring this up because I was curious about one ad that was being run on Digger's Realm that had the title "The Truth About FAIR" and was linked to a website called the "Campaign for a United America" (and no I won't link to this site, you can find it if you really want to).

So I headed over there and what am I hit with on the front page? This little gem (which seems to rotate between 'stories')

When the Minutemen first came to Kansas City one of their tactics for “cracking down” on immigrants was encouraging their members to go to local grocery stores and ask dark-skinned employees about their nationalities and personal histories. “That’s right out of the Gestapo,” said Judy Hellman, who has worked for the Jewish Community Relations Bureau (JCRB) for more than 30 years. “My family would have faced the same intimidation if they hadn’t been fortunate enough to flee Eastern Europe in the early 1900’s.”

A total false lie.

So investigating the website I look under their "Voices of Intolerance" which includes lovely hate-filled profiles of Lou Dobbs and Ira Melhman of FAIR. The "profiles" are a bunch of hoohah trying to make them out to be anti-immigrant haters. So basically the whole site is a propaganda piece calling everyone opposed to illegal immigration racists, hate-filled bigots who hate all immigrants.

"So what else is new?" you ask me. Well true, that is their only line of attack since they are in the wrong and opposed to the actual enforcement of laws, but I just found it ridiculous enough to once again point out.

Speaking of ridiculous, here is a statement on their "About the Campaign" page.

If you want to rise above the name-calling and mudslinging, now is the crucial time to stand up for an inclusive and united America.

Who is doing the name calling? Who is doing the mud slinging? It is all coming from their side! The "you're a racist!" comments and Nazi comments. The only thing coming from our side is that our leaders have fallen down and are not doing their duty and we are calling for the law to be enforced. We also point out when infiltrators from the Mexican government come here and try to influence US policy for the advantages of another country, like Juan Hernandez, for instance.

As far as an inclusive and united America, they certainly aren't calling for that. They are calling for the continued balkanization and splitting of our country along racial and ethnic lines. They are calling for the continued breaking of our laws and being rewarded for it. It is as simple as that.

OK, one more little ridiculous statement for the hell of it, from someone named Barbara Acee, whom they claim is a "member":

Barbara feels that people who are quick to condemn immigrants should try putting themselves in an immigrant’s shoes.

...

“It makes me angry that these people get no respect even though they’re serving Americans and taking the most unpleasant jobs just to support their families,” she said.

...

Barbara says the strong sense of family and community among immigrant groups harks back to an earlier era of traditions that she thinks have slipped away over the past few generations, like baking a housewarming treat for your new neighbors or having dinner together with your family.

I'm sorry, but the illegal alien communities I have seen do not harken back to the 1950's and June Cleaver bringing warm cookies to her neighbor. Apparently this woman doesn't actually know any illegal aliens or lived near illegal aliens and has accepted the story put out by groups like La Raza and the Main Stream Media.

The fact is the majority of illegal aliens she is referring to are lone men who leave their families, wives, children - and sometimes a lengthy criminal past - behind to come here. Many live in cramped quarters. There are no nice dining room tables and doilies and nice vases of flowers sitting on their shelves. They don't sit around baking cookies for their neighbor like Barbara Acee does.

This is the kind of fluffy bullshit these people are putting out in hopes of getting amnesty for illegal aliens passed. I'm not sure exactly who is behind the website, but it seems to be a fairly recent website and I would not be surprised if it is a part of the "We Can Stop The Hate... so illegal aliens get amnesty" campaign that Mexico and pro-amnesty groups are fronting.

So will I allow the ads to continue to run? Of course!

Why?

Because I'm going to take their money from them and continue to use it against them by exposing them for the frauds that they are.
