Bush Comes Out In Favor Of Illegal Alien Murderer's Rights Over Murdered American Girl's Rights

Bookmark and Share

Ruth over at Illegal Protest is absolutely fuming that President Bush has come out against the death penalty for convicted illegal alien murderer, Jose Ernesto Medellin, a member of the Latino gang the Black and Whites, who brutally gang raped two teenage girls when they were found wandering on a railroad trestle alone in 1993.

Jose Ernesto Medellin
Jose Ernesto Medellin,
Asshole, Rapist and Murderer
I'm not outraged, to me it's par for the course for this President who has continued to stand up for foreigners of another nation over his own citizens he is - by law - supposed to defend and protect the rights of.

Bush used to take a tough on crime approach while Governor of Texas, allowing the death penalty convictions to run their course.

Now as President he seems to have severely lost his way and is bowing to international court pressure that claims that Medellin - who brutally helped gang rape two teenage girls and then strangle them while a member of a gang - was not given his rights to consult with a Mexican Consulate. That's right fellow Americans, when an illegal alien is in our country - and discovered committing a crime - it is supposed to be our responsibility to put them in contact with their home country's legal system so that they can beat the rap.

Bush has stood up against rulings of the international courts because they are so ridiculous and against our rights as a sovereign nation to enforce our laws and punishments as a country. Except of course in the case of Mexican illegal aliens who Bush seems to hold in higher regard than his own fellow citizens here in America. Let me remind President Bush that...

Two American Girls Were Raped And Strangled

... and that this illegal alien criminal scumbag was convicted.

Ruth points out that Mexican illegal aliens in this country only want to be Mexican when it benefits them, otherwise they claim that they want all the rights and freedoms of America while here.

Mexicans and other illegal aliens are screaming for the “rights” to not have their immigration status checked when they are arrested.. but here we have a case when I guess they think the police *should* have because then they would have been given the right to get the Mexican Consulate involved. You can’t have it both ways.

Medillin never requested the help of the Mexican Consulate at the time of his trial, but now that he faces the death penalty for his vicious crimes, all of the sudden he is a Mexican and should be treated differently. Let me remind you that if he was an American all of this would be a moot point and the man would go to his death. So once again we have foreigners in our country illegally receiving more rights and privileges than Americans in their own country.

Simply an outrage!

Fox News

President Bush, who presided over 152 executions as governor of Texas, wants to halt the state's execution of a Mexican national for the brutal killing of two teenage girls.

The case of Jose Ernesto Medellin has become a confusing test of presidential power that the U.S. Supreme Court, which hears the case this week, ultimately will sort out.

The president wants to enforce a decision by the International Court of Justice that found the convictions of Medellin and 50 other Mexican-born prisoners violated their rights to legal help as outlined in the 1963 Vienna Convention.

That is the same court Bush has since said he plans to ignore if it makes similar decisions affecting state criminal laws.

"The president does not agree with the ICJ's interpretation of the Vienna Convention," the administration said in arguments filed with the court. This time, though, the U.S. agreed to abide by the international court's decision because ignoring it would harm American interests abroad, the government said.

Texas argues that neither the international court nor Bush has any say in Medellin's case.

What does the execution of a convicted rapist and murder of two girls have to do with American interests abroad? While I'm not as outraged as Ruth at this, I am sickened by it. Since when is Mexico dictating our justice system? We are our own country and I'm about sick of this tired excuse that we are supposed to just bend over and take it in the ass and let our kids be killed by illegal foreigners in this country.

As a very staunch Republican I am extremely worried that my President is not thinking as a true President.
His thoughts concerning our relationship with Mexico and Canada are bordering on total illegality when it comes to this decision about rapists rights. The fact is, when an illegal crosses over the border he or she loses their rights when it comes to committing a criminal act here in America. This pertains to all illegal alliens.
NO SUPER HIGHWAY WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF AMERICAN CITIZENS. THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL JUST LIKE THE CLINTON PRESIDENCY ALLOWING THE U.N. TO ESTABLISH A UNITED NATIONS ARMY ON AMERICAN SOIL. (650762)

Don't think Bush would do this if he had a heart! He doesn't care about all the people being killed and limbs blown off in war!
Shame on this diplomatic immunity privledge and this darn loop hole they are pulling about Mexico! This government is so big (wasteful) that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing! Al Quida and terrorists can come thru Mexico borders easy too! Have someone go through the web of infrastructure of the government, get rid of non-productive employee's and shut down inept & disfunctional departments - with a fine tooth comb RESTRUCTURE and take the probable BILLIONS you'll save and build a security fence to STOP the illegals from entering in by the droves daily!!!! they are multi-plying like roaches by the way!
I will post something up on U tube soon , www.Tv-report.com
