Many find Johnny Sutton repulsive, including myself. Where does his arrogant and aggressive nature come from though? Where does his offensive nature at prosecuting agents like Ramos and Compean come from?
The staff over at Crotchety Old Bastard have done some digging and discovered that Johnny Sutton's aggressive and adversarial nature was present well before he became President Bush's attack dog on our law enforcement agents along the southern border.

As the brouhaha over attorney dismissals hints, it is hard to believe that the decision to prosecute Ramos and Campeon was not approved at the highest levels. And it would not be untypical of the arrogance shown by the Bush administration -- they must have known there would be an outcry. They just didn't care.
