Hundreds of opponents of illegal immigration marched down the streets of Los Angeles this weekend. The march was organized by Save Our State and the Minuteman Project.

This just goes to show that no longer are people simply speaking out against illegal immigration, but are starting to take action.

In an act of cowardice an illegal alien - or one of their supporters - threw an unopened can of Coke and hit a 61-year-old grandmother in the chest. She was on her way back after the march and forced to walk down the sidewalk that was occupied by those who were screaming out at the marchers.

It knocked my breath away and I doubled over for a few moments, but the police were trying to move us very fast, and the crowd behind me forced me forward, so I could not stop long enough to assess where the projectile came from. I was hurt and stunned for a while and just kept walking. ... I filed a police report, for whatever good that will do. I’ve got deep bruises on my chest today ... This just makes me madder, and will never stop me.

How much longer will we stand these assaults on American citizens?
