The last couple of days since the wife got home I've been living in the basement. Oh, I didn't do anything wrong, I've literally been living in the basement or so it seems. It's such a mess I've spent the last couple of days cleaning it and have succeeded in making a giant mountain of trash and filling my lungs with tons of dust.

Unfortunately I have to wait a few days until I can take the trash out, so it'll sit there. I've been sore and exhausted every day after moving things and dragging stuff around. I'm hoping to have room for a treadmill and bike so I can get back to exercising. I haven't been getting any exercise since we moved here and I feel out of shape and tired all the time.

I think I breathed in a little too much dust yesterday and no amount of endless nose blowing will free it. I feel like I've got a pile of dirt in the back of my throat. Anyway, that's my excuse for my absence the past couple of days and I'm stickin' to it.

Now where's that damn broom...
