- There was no threat of violence
- There was no force
- She directed the action
- She complimented penis sizes
- She complained about the lighting
- She took a cell phone call during the gangbang
- She yelled "Get it up!" when some of the men lost their erections
- She called herself a slut
- She demanded ejaculations - in her mouth
- She laughed 27 times during sex
- She moaned intensely
- She cheered the men by yelling "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!"
- She said "I just like sex, I can't help it"
- She faces only 6 months in jail for "for filing a false police report" and attempting to get 6 guys convicted of rape
