Paris still burns and it has spread to Germany and Belgium. I don't feel sorry for the French like some. I don't feel sorry for people who ignore issues and problems until they explode in a massive wave of destruction.
Hopefully this will continue and force the French to actually become men rather than some little wimpy pansies who think you can appease people and they'll just go away. The real worry is that this spreads throughout Europe and becomes so uncontrollable that other groups enter the region and turn it into a fiery inferno.
For countries who pride themselves on a lack of guns, lack of military and lack of balls, this is a warning to you that when you lay down and let people walk all over you it's only a matter of time before they realize they don't need you anymore and would rather you just be dead and out of the way.
A lot of bloggers are tip toeing around this issue and saying how sorry they are or how sad this situation is, but you won't hear this from me. I call for martial law and some major head cracking. If you want to be a total ass and go around burning other people's property and generally destroying everything they've worked for their whole life in order to make a living then you deserve to be shot on sight.
There's nothing that pisses me off more than a group of assholes who decide they'd like to go around disrupting the lives of others because they refused to better themselves, educate themselves, take the risks and attempt to succeed. They'd rather blame all their woes on others and attempt to level the playing field by taking away everything others have achieved through hard work.
So if you Frenchies want to sit by while this group of thugs takes all from you that you've striven for then you deserve it. My advice to you is to grow a pair and do what is necessary to continue your way of life.

you would be really surprised how much most of French people can think like you do .Except for our so called elite and their "bobo" supporter .
Our history ( French revolution , first empire ..)show how French people are like a boiling pot .The are non reactive : they boil , boil .. you can't see any thing from outside until it suddenly explode . And then it is an atomic bomb

I know you're not alone Francis. Us here in the US don't agree with everything our government does either.
I guess with France it just seems like nothing is done just like you say. Boil, boil, boil.
I'd just like to think if there was spreading riots to 200-300 cities here that you'd see some vicious citizens with guns out there shooting the rioters by now. American people seem to have a limit and once it's crossed we attack.
Just one more reason for there to be laws allowing citizens to be able to defend themselves, their families and their property with firearms I guess.
