Disturbing news that Ukraine may have sold nuclear capable cruise missiles to Iran and China.

A senior lawmaker on Wednesday called for Ukraine's prosecutor-general to investigate alleged sales of nuclear-capable cruise missiles to Iran and China in violation of international nonproliferation treaties.
The appeal, by Hrihory Omelchenko, follows allegations he made in a letter to new President Viktor Yushchenko. Omelchenko is a parliament member allied with Prime Minister-designate Yulia Tymoshenko and is a reserve colonel in Ukraine's intelligence service.

In his letter to Yushchenko, Omelchenko said an investigation launched last summer "proved that some 20 air-launched Kh-55 and Kh-55M cruise missiles with nuclear capability were exported to third countries" in contravention of international treaties.
"Six missiles destined for Russia ended up in Iran ... six missiles destined for Russia ended up in China" the letter said. It said the sales occurred in 2000-01.

Back to an old thesis . . I argue that these little penny ante countries should be allowed to develop "Nuclear Power" . . if they choose to build a Bomb with that technology, they have to test one . . then we know they have one. Delivery systems do not have to be any more sophisticated than a 1982 Datsun pickup with a camper shell . . .
What to do? Simple. We have in our current arsenal 4 active "Boomers". Trident Missle Submarines that lurk in the waters off the Euro-Aisan continent, each with 24 missles, each missle with 9 (or 11, could be) Hydrogen bombs which can be independently targeted in seconds.
IF you are one of the Idiots who would blow up one of our cities with a small nuke, you should know, your country, and the entire population will be turned to glass that no one will even "Walk On" for 75,000 years.
This is a foriegn policy that would be no small deterrent. End of discussion!

No one cares about the Missles in Ukraine. The only reason in which I'm reading this is for an assignment in my US history class. This is stupid. The end.

Follow the money. Is the easy way to find out who. But in your country the money only ends up in a couple of hands. So really the KGB already knows as well as the China' special forces do also. So Who controls is the name of the game. Why can't people just learn to get along. Guess there is no money in that. Look at our country, the nonleadership of Little G, Mr. 119 IQ that so many warmed up to over there that baths could not wash off the dirt. Follow the money and remember Duck Cheney in your prays.
