Nearly half (45.3%) of the people felt 2004 was a pretty crappy year or the worst year ever!
Only 30.7% felt 2004 was a decent to pretty good year.
For the majority it wasn't a great year and it seems like most people got by but won't remember 2004 as anything worth noting in their everyday lives.
