Tivo Pushed "Fahrenheit 9/11: A Moment in Time" Onto Every Tivo Player?

Kevin at Wizbang wonders why in the hell "Fahrenheit 9/11: A Moment in Time" appeared on and was recorded by his Tivo as a manual recording when no one in his house chose it. Did Tivo push this to every Tivo user in the world that has access to the IFC channel?
