In the latest tape from Al Qaeda tape we see number 2 man Ayman al-Zawahri next to a weapon he obviously would be unable to use. I mean just look at that thing, like something out of Rambo.
All the other blogs are talking about how he's all threatening and scary, but I say it's like watching some dorky guy who was made fun of in school carrying around a picture of a Klingon Batleth he claims to have at home just in case you mess with him.
Just wondering if some of the goons he's tricked into doing his dirty work are supposed to go into "action mode" when they see this tape or something.

Slant Point has some good comments on the possible meaning of the tape and how, if we let them. they could wear us down.
I knew kids in high school who carried home made Batleths, and I wouldn't be suprised if they did turn out to be terrorists.
You're right about this guy. I think if actually fired that thing he'd fall over and break his glasses.

I think he could fire the gun and defend himself just like any older person here in America.
