An Eminem "Fan" over in England has been banned from owning a radio, tv or stereo and from causing harassment, alarm or distress in England and Wales for two years for being a total asshole and blasting her music so loud it shook neighbors furniture. The article mentions that the mother of 3 was evicted from her apartment as well.

Having lived through an asshole neighbor who did the same thing I am totally in agreement with this and hope that the US soon enforces some of our own disturbing the peace laws by busting these stupid fools with stereos too big for their cars, confiscating them and making them walk for two years.

It's been a growing problem in the US with neighbors not having respect for anyone at all. Back when I was a child I don't think my mother ever had to go ask a neighbor to turn down their music. I unfortunately have to do it quite regularly. One neighbor was such an ass that I had to call the police several times weekly due to his blasting his music so loud neighbors would stand on their balcony looking over at his apartment at 3AM. That guy was like 45 too. He eventually got evicted, but I am almost certain he was on some sorta drugs.

The messed up part about the guy is he was such a macho man he could blast his stereo, but if I went to his door to ask him to turn it down he would turn it down when I knocked, but wouldn't answer the door. I would bang the hell out of that door too, the little pussy. It's probably a good thing he didn't answer cuz I'd probably be in prison with my demonic, Italian temper taking over and slaughtering him like the annoying pig he was.

I'm normally a polite person, but that really pushed even me over the edge.
